Stuart Condie

Stuart served as County Councillor between 2021 and 2025.

He worked hard to restore social care payments, lobbied for more money and better facilities at schools and fought for parents facing difficulties with SEND provision.

Stuart has consistently campaigned for improvements to our roads, working to get vegetation cut back, reporting faulty traffic lights, tackling flooding, introducing new double yellow lines and lobbying for road resurfacing. 

Stuart called in the Council’s decision to sell Adult Education Centres, highlighted the losses of tens of millions of pounds in the Council’s treasury operations, and challenged the disastrous procurement for the council's new IT system.
