Lib Dems "win" in Mid-Sussex Constituency

The local election results in Mid Sussex constituency clearly show the Liberal Democrats well ahead of the Conservatives.

Serena Tierney, the Parliamentary spokesperson said " the Lib Dems gained 51% of the votes to the Tories 46%. This shows that we are on track to win the Parliamentary seat at the next General Election."

Within the Mid Sussex constituency there are now 24 Liberal Democrat District councillors to the Tories 14 and just 2 Labour.
