Conference
Lib Dem Conference is happening now. This year we are conveniently in Brighton. However, I need to be on the Pier shortly, so this week’s newsletter will have to be short.
So far I have:
- spoken to GB News
- Been a panellist discussing Young Carers
- And proposed and passed an amendment to our new maternity policy about Group B Strep
- You can see a summary of all the policies that we passed on Saturday on Instagram
Still to come:
- Proposing a motion about Ageing Well
- More panels about Care and Carers
- Lots of meetings
- Maybe even a turn at Glee Club
It’s rather busy, but I do enjoy catching up with Liberal Democrat friends from across the country.
