Help and advice
Alison provides a variety of ways for constituents to obtain help and advice from herself and her team. Read more below about the ways you can get help.
Please email alison.bennett.mp@parliament.uk or call the office on (01444) 224458 and one of Alison’s team will be happy to provide help and support, or book an appointment for you.

Help by email and phone
Alison and her team can provide a lot of help and support via email or phone. Please email or phone with details of your question or issue and Alison and her team will do what they can to help.

In-person help and advice surgeries
Alison runs regular in-person help and advice surgeries at locations across the constituency. For security reasons, MPs are advised not to publicise surgery dates and locations but, if you would like an appointment, please contact the office and we will advise you of the next available surgery date.

Virtual surgeries
Alison finds that many constituents like the convenience of a virtual surgery slot. She holds weekly surgery appointments with constituents via Zoom or the telephone. Her team will be happy to assist you in booking a convenient slot.

Police surgeries
Alison has worked with Sussex Police to organise a joint MP and police surgery for constituents to discuss antisocial behaviour and crime. If you would like to attend a future police surgery, please get in touch.

Pop-up events
Alison also holds regular pop-up events across Mid Sussex where you can chat to Alison at the local supermarket, garden centre or village hall about the issues you care about.

A knock on your door
Alison and her Liberal Democrat colleagues knock on doors across the constituency on a weekly basis to talk with residents about your concerns. If Alison knocks, she would love to hear your thoughts on the issues that matter to you.
