He has recently moved his company office to the town and is interested in encouraging local small business development. In his spare time, Lee is a dedicated supporter of Gillingham Football Club.

Ginnie has been very involved with community projects and has been a fundraiser for various local charities, including the East Grinstead branch of the Multiple Sclerosis Society. Ginnie also is a volunteer steward at the Town's Music and Arts Festival.

Lived in East Grinstead since 1969. Married with three married children. An Honours Graduate of the University of Sussex with an Advanced Diploma in the Education of Children with Special Educational needs, she has taught in Mainstream and Special Schools. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a member of the Methodist Church. She has served on West Sussex County Council since 1985 and the Town Council since 1995. Margaret was Town Mayor 1999/2000. She is a member of the West Sussex Valuation Tribunal & is Vice-Chairman of the Queen Victoria Hospital NHS Trust. She is Chairman of the Governors of Sackville Community College and serves on the Neighbourhood Youth Committee.
